ASUS Windows 7 Phone spotted in the wild

No new drone in the sky of Pakistan today, actually ASUS ostensibly wants to wave its flag through the first Windows Phone 7 device, this new angular handset has a serial number on the top and atypical “powered by ASUS” branding on the bottom.

May be a pre-production model, who knows? Even so, should you dare to invest some faith, confidence and trust into its complete validity, of course you’ll find plenty of reason to be titillated: spectacular brushed metal adorns the front facade, a rare sight on mobile phones of any description, the top right corner appears suspiciously like it might be housing a front-facing cam, and the whole display looks very much like an OLED panel to us, surprisingly variegated. Thrilling if it’s real!! Feeling déjà vu?
